SecurShare Governance & Compliance
Terms of Service & Usage Guidelines
Last Updated: October 2024 • Applicable to all SecurShare hardware, firmware, and connected platform interfaces.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope
By purchasing, activating, configuring, or interacting with SecurShare consumer electronics, embedded hardware components, firmware modules, mobile applications, or associated cloud synchronization infrastructure (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with SecurShare Inc. If you represent an entity or organization, you affirm that you possess the requisite authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Hardware Use, Firmware & Intellectual Property
All proprietary hardware architectures, integrated microcode, firmware binaries, device interfaces, and algorithmic encryption systems embedded within SecurShare devices remain the sole exclusive property of SecurShare and its technology licensors. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to execute installed firmware strictly in connection with authorized device operations.
3. Acceptable Usage & Operational Constraints
Users agree not to attempt reverse engineering, decompilation, memory dumping, unauthorized probing, vulnerability exploitation, or interception of cryptographic handshakes across device networks. Any tampering with physical secure enclaves, hardware seals, or factory-flashed bootloaders immediately voids hardware warranties and terminates active cloud communication privileges.
4. Business Partner & OEM Integration Provisions
Commercial partners, distributors, and certified integration specialists must comply with SecurShare Enterprise Protocol standards. Redistribution, white-label repackaging, or multi-tenant system federation requires an active Commercial Master Services Agreement (CMSA) and adherence to automated cryptographic key rotation schedules.
5. Warranty Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
SecurShare hardware devices and software ecosystems are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall SecurShare, its corporate officers, engineers, or manufacturing affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from network outages, third-party carrier failures, unapproved electrical installations, or localized system interruptions.
