At SecurShare, privacy is engineered directly into our consumer electronics hardware. We operate under strict local-processing mandates, guaranteed zero third-party telemetry, and full compliance with global data privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA.
1. Local Edge Processing & Zero Retention
All biometric and behavioral telemetry generated by your devices is computed strictly on-chip inside hardware-isolated secure enclaves. SecurShare hardware never transmits unencrypted raw sensor metrics to cloud servers, and on-device buffers purge volatile session logs immediately upon completion.
2. Regulatory Compliance (GDPR & CCPA)
We strictly adhere to EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) mandates. Users retain total sovereignty over account identifiers, with explicit rights to data erasure, complete exportability, and immediate opt-out mechanisms.
3. No Third-Party Commercial Sharing
SecurShare does not sell, lease, or monetize customer identity datasets, device interaction histories, or usage patterns to third-party ad brokers or data aggregators. Our hardware monetization model is strictly based on product excellence, not consumer data exploitation.
4. End-to-End Cryptographic Standards
All remote firmware updates and device-to-app handshakes utilize authenticated TLS 1.3 encryption and AES-256-GCM symmetric ciphers with elliptic-curve key exchange. Cryptographic signatures are verified before any operational patch is applied to hardware components.
